RV Repair: Cooling Problem on Norcold 323, gas thermostat, norcold

Question
I have a norcold 323 that will not cool unless it is hot wired straight to 120v, then it will cool to 29 deg. I have replaced the gas thermostat and it will not cool yet. I inspected the flame. It has a good flame but appears that the flame is not centered in the flue tube. How can this be adjusted.  I also have an AC thermostat to install but want to wait until I get the gas working properly.

Answer
Hi Joe,

When you say the flame is not centered in the flue tube, are you saying the burner is not centered in flue tube, or that the flame is not burning evenly across the burner? Please advise, and I will do all I can to assist.
