RV Repair: slideout, superslide, rbw

dear dave, i have a 2002 fleetwood tt w/a superslide,can't get slide to move,even tried jumping slide motor ,but no good--red to red/ black to black. I also tried to do slide manuel w/3/4 socket and ratchet9already broke 2 ratchets,i believe brake lever on motor is released (even tried both positions on lever but room does not bulge, all service centers are booked 3 months,plan on using tt 2 weeks9maybe not.  thank you

First of all, try calling customer service at Fleetwood. It is probably something they have dealt with before.
It sounds to me like the motor or the gears at the motor are jammed or something. Try to remove these (motor and gears) and see if you can get it to move.But it is very hard for me to tell without seeing it. Do you know what kind of system it is? Or does Fleetwood build their own? The company I work for uses RBW and Lippert. Hope this helps you out. But definately try calling Fleetwood customer service.
