QUESTION: Please forgive my ignorance but what is a AIC valve?
I found one vacuum line that was broken and cleaned out the throttle housing but the issue has not gotten any better!

Answer
Idle Air Control valve. It is located by the throttle body on the passenger side of the engine. It is 3-4 inches long and has 2 large hoses going to and from it. You can try to clean this out with carb cleaner and see if that helps. What kind of plugs are in it?
