Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mst, small engine mechanic, briggs and stratton

im a certified small engine mechanic with 10 years under my belt id like to try for my mst but information on when or where the tests are held is elusive to say the least.can you point me in right direction

Briggs and Stratton CSSD, Central Sales & Service Distributor, used to administer the tests for a fee.  You can also contact Briggs and Stratton education department and take the test at the factory.  If you have a business you can deduct the factory school and MST costs from your taxes...worth every penny as you learn a lot at the factory service school.
