Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Murray mower brake, proper manuals, murray mower

Question
I have seen past questions regarding adjusting the brakes on a Murray mower, but I have not seen followup when they were asked for model numbers.  I have a Murray 52101x92A - Garden Tractor (2000) on which I have tightened the central adjusting nut on the disc brake.  It works well for a couple of downhill runs before it almost completely goes out again.  Do I need to replace the disc?  The owner's manual and online parts stores don't specify a part number for the disc brake.

Answer
Hello Tony:

>>The Problem can be that the Disc Pads Require Replacing or the Brake Adjuster Nut may Require Replacing.
>>It is Rare for the Disc (aka Top Hat) to Require Replacing.
>>The Murray Breakdown does Not Show the Transaxle Breakdown.
>>On the Transaxle is an OEM Identification Plate. Send me the Information Off of This Plate, Please. With this Information, I can Locate the Proper Manuals and Better Assist You.
>>Thanks.
