Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Harmony starter, spec numbers, model numbers

Question
I've gone through the electrical system and my starter is toast.  I need to remove it but can't any bolts or screws holding it on.  Nothing!  Anyone know how it comes off or/and where might I find a service manual for it.
I appreciate any help you might have.

The Engine Model Numbers May be Stamped Into the Blower Housing (metal engine cover) Above the Spark Plug. The Unit/Mower Model Numbers are Usually Located Under the Seat on a Sticker on the Body of the Mower.
