Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): ignition switch wiring, craftsman riding mower, motor model

hi i have a craftsman riding mower that is without the ignition switch i went out and bought on but have no idea how to wire it up the model # 917 2554400 serial # 102092s 001490. if you would need more info let me know but that is what i went with to the local hardware store with n they tracked down the switch but if u will need the motor model # i can find that too . thank you in advance
