Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Can not start Tecumseh Lawn Mower Engine, tiny holes, wire spring

Question
Hi, John

My friend gave me a Excuse TVS090 46093D lawn mower. I review all your previous Q&A. Therefore I replace with new gas and oil. Clean the air filter, Clean the Carburetor including the needle and clear all tiny holes by Gum Cleaner. The float valve moves freely. Replace new spark plug and test the current which spark appears near the fin (means the elect no problem). I removed Throttle wire & spring wire without note down there original place, However I  follow the Throttle & Carburetor Linkage drawing which you had provided in the other Q&A.

My question is I still cannot start the Engine. Please comment where else I have to check. Your kind attention and prompt reply is highly appreciated. Thanks

Answer
First thing to try/do is remove the air filter and squirt a shot
off carb cleaner in the carb, and try to start, if it starts and runs
for a few seconds, then stops, then you know that it is still a fuel problem, if it doesn't then we would have to look at the ignition and compression.  Try this and let me know what you find.
