Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Scotts Model 21995X8B, rope replacement

I need to replace the pull start rope. I was wondering how to get to it? The cover is riveted down not screwed. Do I need to remove the rivets or is there another way to get to it? If I do need to remove the rivets what is the best way to do it and what is the best way to replace them?

You just remove the whole shroud assembly.  There's one bolt on either side and one or two in the head.  The whole cover will come off and then you can replace the rope as you would with just the starter off.  Let me know if you have any trouble.  Thanks, PK.
