I'm looking at the diagram of carburetor on this site page:

I removed and cleaned the carb out and upon reconnecting the item/spring # 202, I need to know where to reattach this part.  I've forgotten where I removed it from.

I want to ask you if you could help me with where to reattach it, please. (I think I had attached it in the hole that I've learned the governor linkage belongs.

It goes from the trottle shaft on the carb to the speed control.  To the right if you're facing the carburetor.  It puts tension on the throttle shaft from the speed control.  Does that make sense?  I don't have any pictures of the set-up to send you or I would.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks, PK.
