Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): strimmer problem, spark arrestor, open throttle

Question
strimmer is alpina26d fitted with walbro carb it starts but when throttle is opened only runs for seconds if i watch fuel line as i open throttle fuel seems to stop running into carb if i close throttle streight away fuel will start to run to carb again i have stripped and  cleaned carb but problem persists
