Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): huskee pro cut GT drive belt problems, outdoordistributors, wont move

Hellow sir. I have a huskee pro cut gt with a 22hp v twin b/s motor I tried to get model number info but it was hard to read it is I belive model# tsc# 44-9765-1 mtd# 14av807p131  I have been trying to replace front drive belt but I don't know how to route it because all it does is burn up the belt and wont move can you PLEASE help me where can I find owners manual at?

Then Select the OEM (MTD) and Enter the Model Numbers (14av807p131). Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Unit you Wish to View. Select the Drive, Frame, Wheels, Rear File.
