Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snowblower, outer diameter, tubeless tires

Question
how do I inflate snowblower tubeless tires that is already on the rim?

Answer
I am assuming you mean to ask how to inflate small tires, that are on the rim/wheel, but will not inflate, because the "bead"/lip of
the tire, is not sealed onto the rim, which is a common problem
on smaller units, like snowblowers and wheelbarrows, etc.

The first thing to do is take the weight of the snowblower off of
the tire, by jacking the unit up or removing the whole tire assy.

Inflating the tire to seat it on the rim is real tricky, but generally it involves compressing the outer diameter of the tire, which will spread the tire to seat it on the rim, while applying air pressure to the valve.

More air can be injected by removing the valve core, which is what I do.  Compressing the outer diameter of the tire can be accomplished
by a click type cargo strap/winch, or something similar.

The rest is figured out by trial.

I hope this helps.
