Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): craftman mower 6.5, craftman, oil cap

craftman 6.5 mower is spilling oil out of it whar would cause this?

Where is the oil "spilling" from?  IS the oil cap securely attached?  Sometimes if you overfill the engine oil has a tendency to leak out.  This engine only takes about 3/4 quart of oil.  Its not filled to the top of an extended fill dipstick is it?
