Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman Snow Thrower Wheel Assembly, sears craftsman, craftsman snow thrower

I have a Craftsman 5.5 HP Snow Thrower Model 247.88355.  The right hand wheel assembly needs repaid.  The rubber detached from the metal frame.  I don't see a tube inside.  Rubber just spins around the frame.  Is there a way to reattach or fix my existing wheel assembly?  A whole new wheel assembly is $101 from Sears.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

Then Select the OEM (MTD) and Enter the Model Numbers (31AS6BCE799). Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Unit you Wish to View. I Used the 2006 Year Model for a Reference Breakdown.
>>Some of these Units have a Tubeless Tires and Others have Pneumatic Tires.
>>From Looking at the Breakdown it Appears that this Unit Does have Tubeless Tires.
>>You will Most Likely need to Remove the Rim and Tire and take it to a Tire and Wheel Center and have them Use their Tire Tool so it can be Filled with Air to Reseat the Tire to the Rim.
