Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): engine not starting in cold weather, huskee lawn tractor, briggs and stratton

i have a huskee lawn tractor with a briggs and stratton 18.5 model#310777  type#0215e1  code#041021zd family#5bsxs.5012vp this tractor will not start when it is cold out below 60 degrees it will roll over slow almost like to much compression if i put a heater on it and warm it up it will roll over normal and start    i have replaced the batt.,cables, starter also had the valves adj. and it still does not make a diff. can you help shed some lite on this? thanks shane

>>What Weight Oil are you Using? If the Oil Viscosity is too Heavy, then the Problem you will Occur. The Oil should be 10W30. I Use the Synthetic Oil. It Helps Prevent Engine Wear and my Engines Last Longer and have Less Internal Problems.
