Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): start rope replacement, plastic fuel tank, question pool

i have a sears e z 3 self propel 22 " mower the engine model # 143976500  cover has Hi-Torque Power 6.5 horse power Eager-1 on it. i have taken one bolt out of the left side of the metal cover and one bolt out of the left side that id through the plastic fuel tank and through the metal cover. also on the right side i have taken the cover off the gas adjust handle their was one bolt under it that i removed the cover or the tank still is attached but i can't see where can you help.
