Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro snow blower, toro snow blower, assembly drawings

I have a Toro snow blower, CCR2000, model #38180. Was running fine, and then started missing and cutting out like it was running out of gas (full tank of gas). Finally progressed to stopping and not wanting to start again. Pulled the spark plug and it was wet with gas. Cleaned the plug and it fired and ran again, but only for about 30 seconds. Pulled the plug and it was wet with gas again. Plug keeps fouling with gas for some reason and won't stay running. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thanks.

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/default.cfm and Select Start Parts Viewer. Now Enter the Model Numbers (38180) and Click Search. Now Select View Assembly Drawings for your Year Model. Since the Engine is Getting Gas, then Did you Check the Exhaust Port and Muffler? If Either of these are Restricted with Carbon Deposits, then the Engine May Run at Idle but will Flood when you Try to Rev the Engine above Idle. The Following is a Basic Instruction File for Doing a Diagnostic on the Engine for this Problem. Any Input is Appreciated. **Remove the Muffler and Make Sure the Exhaust Port is Clear. If it is, then Try to Start the engine with the Muffler Off. If it Starts and Runs Properly, then Clean the Spark Arrestor Screen in the Muffler or Replace the Muffler if Required. If the Exhaust Port and Muffler are Clear, then Check the Ign Model/Ign Coil/Magneto. You will Require an In Line Spark Tester and Operate the Unit with the Tester in the Coil Line at the Spark Plug. Start the Engine and Watch the Tester. If the Tester Stops Showing Fire as the Engine Quits, then the Ign Module/Ign Coil/Magneto is Bad and Requires Replacing. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please.
