Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): transmission oil for honda ht4213, synthetic engine oil, transmission oil

i recently purchased this mower and wants to change the transmission oil. it's not mention in the owner's manual the the type. i took some sample and it looks like engine oil on its viscosity.

The Transmission Uses SAE 30 Engine Oil. I Suggest you Use Synthetic Engine Oil if Possible. The Synthetic Oil will Extend the Life of the Transmission. I Use Synthetic Oils in ALL my Equipment.
