Thansk in advance fo rany advice . . . Dave

Answer
The problem is rust there is a very very small area between the axle and the inside of the rim.  Anti-sease should have been put on the axle before putting the wheel on but it sounds like it's either wore off or was never there.  The best thing to do at this point would be to spray it thoroughly with a product like WD-40 in the that set for at least 24 hours if you have to pound on it to get it off be sure you use a block of wood between the hammer in the wheel and tried to strike it at the axle.  This might sound funny but look behind the wheel and see if there's a little room between the rim and the frame if there is you may be able to move the wheel in a little bit then spray it again and then have more success trying to get it off.  The other option would be to buy new RAM and cut this one off.  All depends upon how much time you want to put it.  I hope this has helped you out if you have any more questions please contact us.
