Hi, My recoil starter rope snapped. I've removed the recoil starter but can't figure out how to get the rope to spool. Any ideas?

Remove the blower housing and find where the rope goes through  the starter pulley, under  the pulley  and cut it it using a sidecutter. Remove the old rope obtain new rope and thread it through the pulley. Wrap at least three turns around the pulley and then install pre-wound starter spring thread rope through a hole in blower housing and attach and
