I have a pressure washer with a 13hp Honda engine QAE6 with a 3amp charging system, can I change it to the 18 amp
system

Hello Scott:

Yes it will Replace the 3 Amp Charging Coil/Stator. Purchase the 18 AMP Charging Coil/Stator and Bolt it in Place of the 3 AMP Charging Coil/Stator. You May Require a Voltage Regulator with the 18 AMP Charging Coil/Stator. Hope this Helps.  Good Luck.
