Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): starting an Ariens 5520, ariens snow blower, stop key

What is the procedure for starting an Ariens 5520?
Whaqt is the correct positiuon of all the knobs and adjustments?

To start the unit, check the oil and gas.  Ensure the plastic engine stop key is installed, prime 3-4 times, close the choke and pull the string.  It should start right up.  As for the levers, the main item you can adjust it the ground speed.  Select the speed based on the conditions.
