Question
i have a briggs and stratton quantum 1200000 models series lawn mower i was cleaning it off the other day with a hose and i was tipping it over to clean and i lost grip and it flipped  over but the engine never touched the ground and now leaks gas from carb? i took out air filter and looks like it leaking from to little holes which i guess have to do with the priming the motor  please help thanks

Answer
Some water may have entered the fuel system.  This water could have caused the inlet needle not to seal allowing fuel to leak.

You may want to drain the fuel tank and clean it to remove any water.  Also, you may want to clean the carb or at least drain the fuel in the carburetor float bowl by removing the float bowl nut located on the bottom of the carburetor.

Let me know if this helps.
