Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): supe up a 4 stroke?, mini chopper, style engine

hey, i made a mini chopper, and i like the motor its perfect for me. but i was wondering i could make it run faster? i looked on the web and theres nothing to help me. if you know anything i could do please tell me.

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. However, if this Mini is Using a Briggs, Tecumseh or Other Mower Style Engine, then Simply Shorten the Throttle Control Spring. **NOT TOO MUCH!! A LITTLE IS A LOT ON THIS ADJUSTMENT. Also Keep the RPM Between 3200 -3400 RPMs. This is the Spring that Pulls the Governor Arm when the Throttle is Activated. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance.
