Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mower deck, craftsman model, arm assembly

I'm having trouble putting my mower deck on.  It is a craftsman model number 917.252560 and my part number is 140086.  It's labeled 58 in the diagram on the sears website.  My problem is that in the diagram it seems to be just hanging in the air, i'm not quite sure how to attach it to the mower.  Please help to describe or show me some sort of diagram that might help me more.

The Spring Hooks to Diagram #53. It Loads the Brake Pad Arm Assembly so the Brake Arm is Spring Loaded to Apply the Blade Brake when the Blades Are Disengaged. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
