Answer
 Hello Andy:

Since the Engine is Firing and the Compression is Good, then Either the Flywheel Key is Damaged or the Carburetor needs to be Cleaned and Rebuilt. You can View a Breakdown/IPL at this Addy http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.H... and Enter the Model Numbers GX75 and Click Find. Then Select the Model in the Results Area. Then Select Sectional Index. Then Select the Component you Wish to View. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
