Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro S-140 Carb, air mixture, vacuum hose

Question
I purchased a used Toro S-140 which worked fine for one season after which it began to stall. I traced this back to a vacuum hose that someone used as a fuel line, which gummed up the carb. I rebuilt the carburetor but now the engine floods so badly that gas is draining out of the muffler. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Answer
 Hello Scott:

Remove and Disassemble the Carburetor. Soak it Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner and then Blow it Out with Compressed Air. Install New Kit. If this Carburetor has Air Mixture Screws to Set the Air Mixture then Let me know and I will Send the Direction to Set the Screws. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
