Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mcullough MB3202, oil mixture, hello bill

Question
I inherited a Mccullough MB3202. The first time I ran it it worked fine. I ran it yesterday for the second time and after 10 minutes, it would cut out unless I left it at idle. I have tried varying the two choke positions, but it still acts the same. It will idle fine. If I leave it on idle for a while, then give it gas again, it runs at high RPM for a short while and then again wants to cut off unless I leave it at idle. The gas/oil mixture is as suggested.
And do you know where I might get a manual for this?
Thank you!!!
-any suggestions?

Answer
 Hello Bill:

Remove the Muffler and Check the Exhaust Port, Muffler  and Spark Arrestor Screen (in the Muffler) for Blockage. Carbon will Build in these Components and Cause the Problem you Described. Check the Fuel Cap and Ensure it is Venting the Tank Properly. Change the Fuel Filter. You can View and Print a Breakdown/IPL at this Addy http://www.buymtdonline.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/topcategory_10101_15601_-1 and Select Launch Illustrated Search Engine. Then Select the OEM (McCullough) and Enter the Model Numbers MB3202. The Double Click on the Model in the Search Results Area. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
