Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): JS63 Idle Problems, sectional index, throttle plate

Hello, i have a js63 i recently replaced the carb and ever since then it idles at close to maximum rpm it seems. Can you adjust the auto-idler? if so how? thank you very much.
Original Engine B&S 6.75hp 3 speed rear wheel drive.

 Did you Install the Linkage Properly from the Governor Arm to the Carburetor Throttle Plate? Remove the Carburetor and Check the Throttle Plate. If the Screw comes Loose the Throttle Plate Doesn't Work Properly. You can View a Breakdown/IPL at this Addy http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.H... and Enter the Model Numbers JS63. Select the Model in the Search Results. Then Select the Sectional Index. Then Select the Carburetor or the Carburetor Control Plate and Governor Plate. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
