Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Eliminating Points on B & S 16 HP 2 Cyl Vert Shaft, engine part suppliers, nova ii

I have reasonable mechanical skills, but have never replaced points or better
yet eliminated the points with a magnetron device.  Tips, recommended
book?

 You can Eliminate the Point Set and the Ignition Module Package has the Simple Instructions with it. The Nova II Electronic Ignition Module(Rotary # 8786) is Most likely the Replacement for the Point Set in your Mower. Go to your Local Small Engine Parts Supplier and Ask for Rotary Part Number 8786. If they Don't have it in Stock, they can Order it. I have Found that 90% of Small Engine Part Suppliers Use Rotary for Their Parts Purchases.
