Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 49 cc engine wont start, carburator, engine numbers

i have a 49 cc pocket rocket engine i bought off a freind and it wont start i checked the piston rings cleaned the piston cleaned the carnb lines out and checked the spark and its all fine the i found out the carb isent letting any fuel through what should i do

 Hello John:

 The Carburator will have to be Disassembled and Rebuilt. Soak the Carburator Overnight in Cleaning Solution(carburator cleaner) and then Blow All the Passages Out with Compressed Air. Install a Carburator Kit. Send me the Make and All the Engine Numbers and I May be Able to Locate a Breakdown of the Engine and the Carburator for you to View Online. Hope this Helps.
