Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Dual-line string on a weed whacker, weed whacker, line string

I've lost the instruction manual for my Bolen BL100 31 cc weed whacker. My previous WeedEater had a single-line cutting device, whereas this one is a dual-line. My problem is spooling the reel so that I can tap it to feed more line. When I use one length of line, feeding one end through one hole and the other end through the second hole, it won't feed when I tap the device to the ground. Do you have to use to separate lengths of line and spool each one through a separate hole?

 Hello Tony:

 Roll off 15 to 20 feet of trimmer line.  Double it; then you put it on the spool. When it is on the spool 1 end goes out 1 side the other to the other side. Then cut the long end to match the other side.  Hope this Helps.
