I tried to start the lawnmower and it dosen't even turnover, it seems dead. I replaced the gas and cleaned the plug. what seems to be the problem?

Can you pull the string?  If not, remove the spark plug and then try to pull the string.

Do you have spark?  Will the mower start if you spray carb cleaner directly into the carburetor throat? (You will have to remove the air filter to do this)
