Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Harmony HRM215 Engine Racing, linkages, linkage

I recently cleaned carb & reassembled, & now the engine races extremeley fast. Did I do something wrong? Do you have any diagrams for the linkages?

ARe the linkages binding?  You should be able to move the linkages very easily by hand...the carb butterfly should open and close  smoothly.

I have never seen any diagrams for the linkage connections other than the parts list.
