How do I get enough power to do this or what do I need to put on my mower to power a 12v radio system

Answer
You shouldn't have to add much of anything to add a radio to your mower.  You should be able to connect the radio directly to the battery...this would be the easyist method but you will have to remember to shut off the radio when not using the mower.
