Subaru Repair: 2000 Subaru Outback/ Turn signal replacement, turn signal switch, installing a car stereo

Question
How difficult is it to replace a turn signal switch. I believe in is one complete switch with wiper controls too. I think the steering wheel and SRS bag need to come off. have dealt with SRS systems and switches in other vehicles before, but wondering if it would be much different. I also have all the tools necessary to complete such a task. Any input would be great!

The turn signal switch comes as a complete assembly new from Subaru , but the switch it self can be un bolted from the assembly and switched out.

I have no way of knowing your skill set to know if its easy or difficult for you to attempt the repair, I would say its probably about as difficult as installing a car stereo.
