Subaru Repair: high beam switch, high beam, easy job

my 2005 legacy high beam switch doesn't turn on the high beam.  If I pull the switch the high beam flashes okay.  What are the steps to replace it and is it a hard or easy job?

You have to take precautions with the SRS (air bag) it can blow up in your face when working around it and I wont lay out a "how to" as a result of this..  I cant give you specific advise on if it is easy or difficult as I have no idea of your skill level or if you have all of the proper tools.
