How do i remove the front headlight/parking light assembly from a 2005 subaru impreza

Honestly how can I answer that for you?

I don't know the contents of your tool box, or your skill level.

The head light assembly is pretty straight forward to remove and if you cant figure out what to remove or how to remove it maybe its a bigger task that you should undertake?  Worst thing you could do is remove to many things or break something.

Very carefully:

You need to remove all the fasteners that hold the assembly on to the car and the parts of the car that need to come off to gain access to said fasteners and anything that is in the way of removing the assembly from the car aka the grille which is held on with some clips that you need to be careful with.
