Suzuki Repair: manual locking hubs, manual locking hubs, pressure washers

Question
I own a 1996 Geo Tracker (which I know is identical to Suzuki Sidekicks).  I recently tested the 4wd by jacking up all corners of the vehicle and found that the front driveshaft was turning, but the wheels were not, as if the hubs were not locking properly.  What repair must the vehicle undergo to get the 4wd working properly?

-Thank You

Answer
You've nailed it down.  The hubs need to be disassembled and inspected, and repaired or replaced.  It's not that unusual to see ice in the hubs due to too frequent excursions through the pressure washers, and not frequent enough lube checking of the hubs.
