Towing Issues: Private property towing, kentucky laws, bailee

Richard, thank you for taking my question. I noticed in your answer to a post from Frankfort KY on 3/28/2008 that you quoted KRS 189.725. Have you read 189.700 thru 189.725? I believe this section refers to PAY parking lots where vehicles are stored for hire and the lot owners are acting as a bailee for hire. As a towing company owner in Frankfort KY, I have not been able to find any laws that specifically cover private property impounds. Thanks again, Mike

Mike, that is the same problem I find about Kentucky laws (along with several other states)...

either there are "NO STATE LAWS" or they are so buried that they are not able to be found online...
