Towing Issues: Towing issue, lift tow, steering wheel

Question
My car was towed two blocks to an auto shop where the fuel pump was replaced. When I drove the car off the lot and down the street my steering wheel was shaking so bad I had to hold it with both hands. Before my fuel pump went bad and prior to it being towed and worked on, my car did not shimmey, shake or jitter. What should I do. Who should be held accountable.

Answer
Well, I really am going to have a hard time answering this question as its hard to know what kind of vehicle, what kind of tow truck was used to tow it, how it was hooked up to the tow truck and secured...

Flatbed tow truck, wheel lift tow truck,  towed front end up, rear end up,  all that is needed before I have enough information to answer...

Then as much as I hate to say it, there is always the chance that the shop either jacked it up in the wrong place or did something wrong...

I will need more information to answer this question correctly...
