Towing Issues: damaged to vehicle whilst in policy custody, small claims court, storage yard

my vehicle was involved in an accident and was taken away for evidence, whilst in the storage yard i had noticed more damage to the vehicle.  How do i go about claiming damages for this and putting a case against the storage yard company?

If this is England we are doing with, then I have no idea of what your equal to our Small Claims Court would be...

First of all talk to the tow company and see what you can resolve with them before any court cases are started...
That would be my best suggestion.
