Towing Issues: can a jeep wrangler tow a boat, jeep wrangler, effeciently

my concern is the length of the wheel base on a jeep wrangler, being rather short i'm afraid of not being able to brake as effeciently has a truck with a longer wheel base would (towing a boat). ....... The boat though, is small, it's somewhere between 16-18 (i think) and weighs exactly 2350 empty...  can i tow it with an 2003 4.0L wrangler X model?

As long as your Wrangler is rated to tow 2500 lbs, I don't see a problem with it.  Certainly, the Wrangler won't be as stable as a full size truck.  

Just take it easy and don't brake in corners (with or without the boat).
