Toyota Repair: check engine light constantly blinking

2000 Honda Accord, check engine light constantly blinking, car constantly jumping and when I try to accelerate it jumps even more. The car can be at rest and it still jumping.

Hello, the check engine light is flashing because the engine has a misfire. The best way to go about finding out why this is happening is to take it to an autoparts store like autozone, OReilly they they can get that information for you in most states and they do this at no charge, once you have some diagnostic code I may be able to help find the cause.
