Hi Ted,

It wouldn't let me ask a follow up so I have to ask a new one.  Regarding the remote for the 1999 Toyota Camry, I have the programing instructions but in the instructions it says to jump cable 2 with cable 10 and there is NO cable 2 no does that mean the camry does not use this remote? And, if not, then what remote does it use?  Thank you

Did you nget my reply yesterday? I went through a lenghty explanation as to what remote you have and if it would work, the remote you have is for the 1995-1997 model, I don't think it's the correct one and your car may have a port installed system, I explained all of this already on how to find out which system it has, please let me know if you did not receive my post. If it has the dealer installed system it uses a different remote available at the dealer I don't know if there is an aftermarket supply but I can send you picture of it so you can compare before you buy another one, as I said I have instructions for both sytems the problem seems to be determining which one you have, if it has the dealer installed system it will have a small control box as I indicated.
