Toyota Repair: replacing power steering belt on 1989 pickup 22R engine, tensioner pulley, adjustment screw

Question
What are the steps to replacing this belt?

Answer
If it has a/c then the a/c belt has to be removed first, loosen the a/c idler pulley nut and then move the adjustment screw to loosen the belt, both are 14mm in size, the p/s belt also has a tensioner pulley near the top, loosen the nut on the center of the pulley and then turn the adjuster bolt counterclockwise until the belt can be removed from the pulley.
