Toyota Repair: 22 RE rebuild., fuel pressure gauge, banjo bolt

Question
I have just finished rebuilding the upper portion of the 22RE in a 1991 pickup. When I first finished I tried to start it and the injectors leaked at the o-rings.  After i replaced the o-rings and got them seated properly it would only turn over.  It doesn't start.  I believe i am getting fuel but i think i may have installed the banjo bolt wrong on the cold start injector.  Do you have any trouble shooting tips?

Answer
There's no wrong way to install that bolt unless the gaskets didn't get put back in which case there would be a leak. After removing the fuel rails it may take a little cranking to get the fuel pressure back up. If not then the first step would be to connect a fuel pressure gauge to see if there is fuel pressure of at least 35PSI while cranking the engine.
