Toyota Repair: 1994 Toyota Corolla, fuse block, toyota corolla

Question
(1)  The timing belt was replaced at 68,000 miles.  The Corolla now has
126,000 miles on it.  When should I replace the timing belt again?

(2)  The headlights have always turned off automatically when I exited the
car but about a month ago, they stopped doing it and I have to turn them
off manually.  If you have an idea what the problem might be, I'd appreciate
knowing if it's an easy or more complicated thing to repair.  I avoid going to
the Toyota dealership for repairs unless it's something only they would
know how to fix.

Thanks very much.

Thank you for your help.

Answer
The timing belt should be replaced every 60,000 miles. The headlight auto-off function as well as some other things are controlled by the integration relay located on the fuse block in the lower left of the dash, although it could also be a wiring problem such as a bad ground for the relay, this could get a little complicated and should be diagnosed at the dealer by a good master technician.
