Toyota Repair: 95 4 runner wont shift into overdrive, shift into overdrive, wont kick

my 95 4 runner has been not shifting into overdrive latley. Seems like it used to take 5 or 10 miles of driving toget it to work, lately i sometimes drive 20 miles and wont kick in and when it does it seems to kick out and stay out.

Toyotas have a sensor that tells the computer if the engine is cold
not to shift into overdrive until the engine is starting to warm up.
I suspect that is were the problem is. You need to take it to a experienced Toyota transmission specialist.
